It happens... and we’ll try to help you get back on track. If your bank account withdrawal comes back with non-sufficient funds, we’ll attempt the same payment again a few business days later. If the payment is successful on the second attempt, you won’t be charged an NSF by Sonnet. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, a separate NSF fee gets charged to your account. You’ll also receive an email letting you know what the next steps will be to resolve this.
