How are you responding to COVID-19?

Supporting each other and our communities is more critical than ever to help slow the spread of COVID-19. At Sonnet, we're doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and partners. We're closely following the recommendations from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as we continue to monitor the situation.

Many Canadians have been impacted due to the pandemic and we’re committed to supporting our customers. We may be able to offer the following for customers who are facing financial hardship due to COVID-19:

  • Flexible payment options, including payment deferrals and waived NSF fees

  • Payment plan adjustments to update the method or date of payments

  • Reduction of auto insurance premiums by limiting coverage or reducing the number of annual kilometres driven.

  • For customers taking their car off the road completely, they could save up to 75% on their premium
