If you want to upgrade your property on top of any repairs provided to you by Sonnet, it would be your responsibility to obtain pricing and to pay for any proposed changes to the original scope of work. You would also need to deal directly with your chosen contractor on any issues relating to timelines or the quality of repairs. If the upgrades prolong the repair timeline, Sonnet will not be responsible for any additional costs associated with the increased repair time.
