Once you're logged in to your online account and you’ve started to fill out your online claim report, you can speak with a live agent if you need to. The easiest and quickest way to talk to a Claims team member is through our live chat, which you can access directly from your Claims dashboard.

Contact our Claims team during our business hours, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday to Friday.

How to chat:

  1. Click on the chat button at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Type Claims help and hit enter.
  3. Wait for an agent to enter the chat to support you and help finish submitting your claim.
