We’ve made it easy for you to upload your photos, invoices and other documentation for both home and auto claims directly to your online claim report. If you’ve missed anything, you can also send photos, videos etc. to your assigned Claims Professional after your claim has been submitted.

How many files can I upload to my online claim report?

You can upload 10 files in each upload section and 30 files in the Additional uploads section. Each file must be 25Mb or less.

Can I upload audio and visual files to my online claim?

Yes. The accepted file types for audio and visual are:

3g2, 3gp, avi,m2v, m4v, mov, mp3, mp4, mpeg, mpg, wav, wma, wmv, 264, amr, ape, cda, dav, h264, mht, mid, midi, mnm4, m4a, nvf, wv, ts

What are the document and picture file types I can upload to my online claim report?

Accepted document file types:

Csv, doc, docx, pdf, tif, tiff, txt, xls, xlsx, ai, eml, htm, html, json, msg, pages, ppt, xml, vsd, pptx, rtf

Accepted image/photo file types:

Bmp, heic, heif, m4a, webp, gif, jpeg, jpg, png
