How do I change my method of payment?

You can update your payment method anytime through your Sonnet account. 

Step 1: Sign in 

  • Sign in to your Sonnet account.

Step 2:  Add method of payment 

  • From your dashboard, select Manage payment method
  • Enter payment details. 

Step 3: Add new payment to policy 

  • If you have more than one policy, choose which one to apply the new payment method towards. 
  • Select Update and you’re all set. 

We’ll email you to confirm the update. Your new payment method will be used for future scheduled payments. Payments that have already been processed will not be affected. 

Heads up! To avoid missed payments, we recommend updating your payment method at least 10 days before your next withdrawal date.
