Help! I’m having trouble purchasing.

If you received the error, “Hmm… this doesn’t look like a credit card number,” first, double check that your credit card details are entered correctly. It’s also worth double checking the expiry date on your credit card (just in case).

If all the details are right, we suggest contacting your provider if there’s a chance you don’t have enough credit available.

If your credit card information is correct and there is enough limit available, try refreshing the webpage and starting the purchasing process one more time. (Don’t worry, your quote is already saved.)

Also, please note that we’re unable to accept VISA Debit or MasterCard Debit as a credit card for the down payment at this time. Check out which payment methods we can accept for the down payment.
