Yes. Your pet must have had undergone a medical exam within the last 12 months of the policy start date. Plus, you’ll need to take your cat or dog in for an annual comprehensive exam after the policy starts. There are also some additional requirements if your dog is over 8 or your cat is over 10.

Offer is limited to one Sonnet account with at least one active home or auto insurance policy. The primary named insured’s partner, spouse and any dependents under the age of twenty-six may also use the TELUS Virtual Health Care membership. Offer does not extend to the purchase of a Sonnet Pet Insurance policy. Offer is not available to residents of New Brunswick.
