What happens if I’m owed money upon cancellation?

If we owe you money after you’ve cancelled your policy, we’ll send you an email two business days after your cancellation date with the details of how much you’ll be refunded. This amount will be deposited to the payment method we have on file for you within 14 days of your cancellation date. You have the option to update this payment method via your Sonnet account both before and after cancelling.

Heads up! Please note that any credit to be returned to you could take a couple extra days to appear in your account depending on processing times of financial institutions.
