How can I cancel or stop my policy from automatically renewing?

If you live in any province other than Alberta, call us between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday, at 1-888-772-3272. Our team is here to answer your questions and assist you with the cancellation process. If there are other people whose names are on the policy with you, please make sure they're available to give consent when you call.

If you live in Alberta, follow these steps to stop your policy from automatically renewing.

Before cancelling your current policy, make sure that you have new coverage ready to go so you’re not left unprotected.

You’ll still have access to your account to review your cancelled policy or get a new quote in the future.
