For qualifying INFINITI group members, we’ve upped our claims service. You’ll benefit from top quality parts made by the original equipment manufacturer instead of universal aftermarket alternatives. In the event of a claim, you’ll get OEM parts, where available and not repairable, under the following conditions:
- You’re a INFINITI customer acquired through this program,
- Your INFINITI vehicle is three years old or less,
- You choose to have repairs done at a Certified Economical Repair Facility (CERF), with referral to INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Network program participants that are also part of the CERF program.

To qualify for an INFINITI discount, you must be a resident of Ontario, Québec, Alberta, New Brunswick or P.E.I, the owner of an INFINITI vehicle, and include it in your quote with Sonnet. You’ll also need to click on “Get a Quote” from this landing page for the discount to be applied.
Adding the INFINITI customer discount is easy. Click “Get a Quote” from this landing page and add an INFINITI vehicle to your quote. That’s it! Your discount will automatically be applied to your quote.
Once you’ve added an INFINITI vehicle to your quote, on the next step you’ll see “INFINITI” added to the “Group Discount” field and a success message. You’ll also see a “Discount applied” notification throughout the quote flow.
If you have a bundled home and auto policy that qualifies for the INFINITI group discount, it will apply to both policies. Otherwise, the INFINITI group discount will only apply to your Sonnet auto policy.

**In the event of a repairable claim from an in-force customer, ECONOMICAL, SONNET’s claims service provider, will agree to use OEM parts (‘OEM’), where the part is available and not repairable, under the following conditions:
- The INFINITI new or used vehicle customer was acquired through this PROGRAM,
- The customer’s vehicle is three years old or less based on in-service date (the date the vehicle is sold to the first owner),
- The customer has chosen to have their repairs done at a Certified Economical Repair Facility (CERF), or a body shop within the INFINITI Certified Collision Repair Network.
The Sonnet customer satisfaction score is based on the average survey results of Economical Insurance respondents between January to December 2018.
