I didn’t get an activation email for TELUS Health Virtual Care – what should I do?

It can take up to 10 days to receive your TELUS Health Virtual Care activation email. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder to make sure it’s not there! If it’s been more than 10 days and you still haven’t received it, you’ll have to get in touch with TELUS Health to get set up. Send them an email at: help@vc.telushealth.com.

The primary named insured’s partner, spouse and any dependents under the age of twenty-six may also use the TELUS Virtual Health Care membership. Offer does not extend to the purchase of a Sonnet Pet Insurance policy. Offer is not available to residents of New Brunswick. Note that controlled substances cannot be prescribed by TELUS Health Virtual Care.
