What is co-insurance on my pet insurance?

Co-insurance is the percentage of your claim that you’re required to first pay out before the deductible is applied. In most cases (but not all), we’ll pay 80%, and you’ll be responsible for paying the remaining 20%.

Possible savings of over $600 annually is based on survey responses of 10,586 customers who purchased an insurance policy with Sonnet Insurance Company between July 2020 and February 2021 in Ontario, Alberta and Quebec. 17% of survey respondents indicated that their monthly price with Sonnet was over $50 lower than what they were currently paying. Depending on your quote details, actual savings may vary.
