You can easily make changes to your Sonnet policy through your online account or the Sonnet Insurance app.
How to make a policy change online
- Log in to your Sonnet
account . - Find the policy you’d like to change on your Dashboard.
- Expand the policy using the down arrow to reveal more actions.
- Select Edit policy to edit your coverage or to move your coverage to a new address.
- Select View payment details to edit your payment method.
- Follow the steps to make your edits, then save your changes
- We’ll send you an email confirming the changes to your policy or payment method.
Tip: To edit your email, password or phone number, go to Settings in your account.
How to make a policy change in the Sonnet app
- Download the Sonnet Insurance app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Log in using the same email and password you use for your Sonnet account.
- Select the Policies tab in the bottom navigation bar.
- Select the change you’d like to make from the options on your policy card.
- Or, select the Quick actions button to:
- Manage your payment method
- Move your coverage to a new address
- Follow the steps to edit your policy or payments and save your changes.
- We’ll send you an email confirming the changes to your policy or payment method.
Tip: If you have more than one policy, select View policies to switch dashboard views.
