How do I make changes to my policy?

You can easily make changes to your Sonnet policy through your online account or the Sonnet Insurance app.

How to make a policy change online

  1. Log in to your Sonnet account.
  2. Find the policy you’d like to change on your Dashboard.
  3. Expand the policy using the down arrow to reveal more actions.
    • Select Edit policy to edit your coverage or to move your coverage to a new address.
    • Select View payment details to edit your payment method.
  4. Follow the steps to make your edits, then save your changes
  5. We’ll send you an email confirming the changes to your policy or payment method.

Tip: To edit your email, password or phone number, go to Settings in your account.

How to make a policy change in the Sonnet app

  1. Download the Sonnet Insurance app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Log in using the same email and password you use for your Sonnet account.
  3. Select the Policies tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  4. Select the change you’d like to make from the options on your policy card.
  5. Or, select the Quick actions button to:
    • Manage your payment method
    • Move your coverage to a new address
  6. Follow the steps to edit your policy or payments and save your changes.
  7. We’ll send you an email confirming the changes to your policy or payment method.

Tip: If you have more than one policy, select View policies to switch dashboard views.
